Lorne wrapped up the project in our master bath this week, and I wanted to let you know that the results exceeded my expectations!
I am not sure if you recall, but we had excess lippage on our newly renovated, and recently installed, master bath tile floor. Within one month of use, the grout was terribly dirty, and the uneven tiles were so uncomfortable to walk on, that we could not walk barefoot on our bathroom tiled floor.
Lorne spent three days grinding down the tiles, honing them, applying new grout, and sealing the floor. He was extremely professional throughout, and truly understands his craft. Our floor looks spectacular! I actually cannot believe how amazing the floor looks! Additionally, he regrouted our shower, and resealed our bath deck and vanity top. I will definitely ask Lorne to regrout and seal the girls’ and guest bathroom, in the future!
Adam and I are thrilled with the results, and I recommended your company to my friend who works for a well-established Contracting firm.
