I am a UK supplier of hand-tufted rugs and carpets, and I would like to say how very pleased I am with the service I received from Brian at Fabracleen.
I recently supplied a top NYC hotel with a carpet, which after installation, started to show signs of pilling and protruding yarns. I was asked to find somebody who could improve its appearance.
This was not an easy task from overseas but Brian came very highly recommended. He made two visits to the hotel, managing his own time to fit in with the hotel managements tight schedule. He worked on the carpet on site and was able to trim the protruding yarns taking it back to its original appearance, he also left housekeeping with clear instructions on how to maintain the carpet themselves in the future.
I must also mention Chrissy in the office, who’s prompt and helpful communication added to the experience of doing business with Fabracleen an absolute pleasure.
If I have any more problems with carpets in NYC I know where the experts are!
